Fall in Vermont

Fall in Vermont

There's no place in the world quite like Vermont. Even though it's been 3 years since I left, I find myself missing it often — especially this time of year.

While I do enjoy no longer having to shovel my porch and my driveway, or worry about frigid temperatures, I miss the seasons. I miss the crisp air, the bright orange leaves, and the small town charm of rural Vermont. I miss apple picking and cider donuts. It makes my heart hurt and my mouth water just thinking about it!

Since I've been reminiscing about my time in the Northeast, and because every fall I have at least one friend reach out to me asking for help preparing for their weekend getaway to the Green Mountain State, I've decided to share my list of favorite places, restaurants, and activities in and around Burlington:
